Join BMW TechWorks India as a Python CI DevOps Engineer in Bengaluru/Bangalore. You will be instrumental in enhancing and evolving our build and release pipelines, focusing on a CI environment built with Yocto. This role involves contributing to the architecture of our CI system and Python tools, which are utilized both on developer systems and within our Zuul CI-powered environment. You will play a key part in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our integration activities, driving improvements in CI performance, resource-usage optimization, configuration-as-code, and monitoring and alerting.

Qualifications:
- University degree in computer science or a comparable field.
- Business fluent English and strong communication skills for technical discussions with stakeholders.
- Required Experience and Skills:
- Proficiency in Python for tool development and enhancement.
- Solid understanding of Linux systems with strong debugging capabilities.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and system maintenance.
- Experience with build systems like BitBake or CMake is desirable.
- Knowledge of cloud services and IT infrastructure is beneficial.
- A proactive mindset for identifying and resolving challenges in build and release processes.
