Python AWS

Iris Software is seeking a Senior Python AWS Engineer with a strong background in Python and Machine Learning (ML) development. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building and operating ML solutions on AWS SageMaker, including proficiency with the SageMaker SDK for jobs and experiments. You will also possess working knowledge of ML frameworks like scikit-learn and extensive experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.

A good understanding of AWS services integral to ML workflows, including S3, Glue, ECR, and ECS, is required. Responsibilities include developing operational guides, creating reference implementations, and contributing to new and existing tools to enhance the MLOps experience on AWS.

We are looking for individuals who can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and cloud specialists to foster a cohesive MLOps environment. A strong focus on quality and the ability to adapt quickly to new technologies are essential, along with excellent communication skills.

Nice to have: Experience with AWS CDK or CloudFormation stacks.
