Swits Digital Private Limited is seeking a skilled Python Automation Test Engineer with 1 to 3 years of experience to join their team in Chennai. This is a permanent position with an immediate to 15-day notice period. The role involves analyzing requirements, creating comprehensive test scenarios, test plans, and test cases, and reporting/tracking bugs effectively. You will be responsible for understanding and resolving testing issues, coordinating with team members and stakeholders, and analyzing test results. A key aspect of this role includes exploring and proposing new automation test frameworks. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in developing and executing end-to-end tests for cloud-native microservices and React-based front-end applications, including edge components. In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems and experience in setting up and maintaining an integration test lab are highly desirable. You should be adept at participating in sprint planning and contributing to the creation of detailed test artifacts based on user and system requirements. Proficiency in Python, with the ability to write maintainable test scripts and develop robust automation frameworks, is essential.
