About the Role

We are looking for a Lead AI Developer (Senior Software Engineer) with 7-12 years of experience based in Hyderabad/Bangalore to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design and development of scalable Generative AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Define architectures for RAG, agentic, multi-agent, and multimodal systems.
• Mentor developers on GenAI patterns and tools like LangChain and LangSmith.
• Design end-to-end AI applications with advanced prompt engineering strategies.
• Build embeddings, vector search pipelines, and integrate LLMs with enterprise APIs.
• Implement agent-based workflows for automation and manage multimodal models (text, documents, images).

Mandatory Skills:

Strong Python development, experience with OpenAI/Azure/Open-source models, LangChain/LangGraph/Agents SDK. Expertise in Agentic AI solutions, RAG pipelines, Vector Databases (Pinecone, ChromaDB), and Prompt Engineering.
