Scry AI, a research-led enterprise AI company, seeks a skilled Prompt Engineer to join our team in Noida. This role is pivotal in developing and refining prompts and interaction frameworks for our cutting-edge enterprise AI platforms, including conversational AI and document intelligence. You will be instrumental in ensuring consistent, accurate, safe, and explainable AI outputs for our BFSI, insurance, logistics, and industrial clients.

Responsibilities:

• Design, test, and optimize prompts, system instructions, and multi-step prompt chains for enterprise use cases.
• Develop and implement robust prompt evaluation frameworks, test suites, and success metrics.
• Analyze AI output failures, hallucinations, and inconsistencies, proposing effective mitigation strategies.
• Integrate domain rules, policies, and enterprise risk constraints into prompt logic for regulated environments.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, data scientists, and domain experts to translate complex business workflows into reliable AI behaviors.
• Document prompt logic, design rationale, and create reusable prompt templates and best-practice libraries.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with large language models in production or near-production settings.
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering techniques (e.g., few-shot prompting, chain-of-thought, role prompting, tool calling).
• Experience evaluating LLM outputs for accuracy, bias, and reliability.
• Proficiency with APIs, JSON schemas, and structured outputs.
• Ability to translate complex business workflows into clear, deterministic AI behaviors.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with enterprise AI platforms, RAG pipelines, or document intelligence systems.
• Understanding of model limitations, drift, and evaluation strategies.
• Background in NLP, linguistics, computer science, or applied AI.
• Exposure to regulated domains (BFSI, healthcare, insurance).
