About This Role

We are seeking a creative and analytical Prompt Engineer to design, test, and optimize prompts for cutting-edge AI applications, LLM-based workflows, chatbots, AI agents, and automation systems. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of Generative AI tools (GPT, Claude, Gemini) and prompt design techniques to significantly improve AI output quality for diverse business use cases.

Key Responsibilities

• Prompt Engineering: Design and refine complex prompts for leading LLMs including GPT, Claude, Gemini, and open-source models.
• System Architecture: Build robust prompt flows for chatbots, AI agents, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems, and automation workflows.
• Evaluation & Optimization: Test, evaluate, and continuously improve AI responses to ensure high accuracy, relevance, and appropriate tone.
• Collaboration: Partner with developers and business teams to translate complex requirements into efficient AI-driven solutions.
• Documentation: Create reusable prompt templates and comprehensive documentation for team scalability.
• Analytics: Analyze model outputs rigorously to drive performance improvements through iterative refinement.

Required Skills

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Prompt Engineering, Generative AI, or related AI workflow roles.
• In-depth understanding of LLMs, AI agents, RAG architectures, and prompt optimization strategies.
• Proficiency with industry-standard tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, LangChain, and similar platforms.
• Exceptional written communication skills and strong logical thinking abilities.
• Familiarity with APIs, Python scripting, or automation tools (a significant plus).
• The ability to translate business problems into effective AI-based solutions.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience building RAG pipelines and integrating vector databases.
• Familiarity with agent frameworks like LlamaIndex or n8n/Zapier/Make.
• Proven track record creating prompts for high-stakes domains: customer support, sales analytics, healthcare automation, etc.
