Prompt Engineer

About The Role

As a Prompt Engineer at Accenture in Bengaluru, you will be instrumental in designing, creating, and refining prompts for Large Language Models (LLMs). You will employ advanced techniques to guide and enhance model responses, ensuring effective and engaging AI interactions. This role requires proficient programming skills and the utilization of playgrounds to develop innovative AI solutions that meet user needs and expectations.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
• Collaborate with and manage the team to achieve performance goals.
• Be responsible for team decisions and outcomes.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key strategic decisions.
• Provide solutions to complex problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in prompt engineering.
• Continuously evaluate and improve prompt strategies based on feedback and performance metrics.

Professional & Technical Skills

• Coding Skills: Python (3-5 years of experience)
• GenAI Experience: RAG, Prompt engineering, Data extraction (OCR/Doc intelligence)
• Engineering Experience: Workflow (pipeline) development
• Cloud Environment (preferred): AWS
• Domain (preferred): Healthcare experience

Additional Information

• The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Generative AI.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A minimum of 15 years of full-time education is required.
