Project Manager / Scrum Master - Pune

Bajaj Finserv is seeking an immediate joiner for the position of Project Manager/Scrum Master in Pune. This role requires 7-9 years of experience and involves leading system integration projects across multiple platforms and vendors. The successful candidate will lead agile teams, manage API and platform integrations, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery of complex digital initiatives. Strong Agile delivery experience, stakeholder management, and technical understanding of integrations, APIs, and enterprise systems are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end delivery of integration projects involving multiple applications, vendors, and internal teams.
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and delivery plans.
• Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans.
• Act as Scrum Master for Agile teams, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles.
• Facilitate Sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize backlog items and manage sprint deliverables.
• Remove impediments to ensure smooth functioning of the development team.
• Coordinate with internal development teams, external vendors, and technology partners.
• Track integration dependencies across multiple systems.
• Serve as a single point of coordination between business, technology teams, and external vendors.
• Provide regular project updates, status reports, and executive dashboards.
• Manage vendor deliverables and ensure compliance with agreed SLAs.
• Identify project risks, integration dependencies, and potential blockers.
• Proactively escalate issues and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure smooth coordination between multiple teams during release cycles.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelors degree in engineering / computer science / IT.
• Scrum Master Certification (CSM / PSM) preferred.
• PMP / PRINCE2 certification is optional but preferred.
• Experience in Healthcare / Digital platforms is a plus.
• Exposure to cloud-based architectures and microservices is beneficial.
• Experience working with multiple third-party vendors and system integrations is advantageous.

Location: Pune (with occasional travel to Mumbai client site as needed).
