Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate all Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Proactively manage project scope, timelines, identify and mitigate risks, and track critical dependencies.
• Collaborate closely with developers, business stakeholders, and end-users to ensure clear communication and alignment.
• Monitor project progress, provide regular and transparent status reports, and address any impediments.
• Ensure that technical delivery remains tightly aligned with overarching business objectives and goals.

Required Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager with significant Scrum Master responsibilities.
• A strong background in Agile and Scrum delivery frameworks.
• Experience working with low-code/no-code development platforms, with Mendix being a strong preference.
• Proven ability to manage and deliver custom applications in fast-paced environments.
