Total Shape is seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This is a fully remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere. We are looking for an experienced professional to oversee projects from initiation through to successful completion. Your role will involve coordinating internal teams and external contractors, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

Key responsibilities include:

• Defining project scope, objectives, and technical feasibility, engaging all relevant stakeholders.
• Ensuring efficient availability and allocation of project resources.
• Developing comprehensive project plans to track and manage progress effectively.
• Implementing robust verification methods to manage changes in scope, schedule, and cost.
• Measuring project performance using appropriate tools and systems, reporting key metrics to management.
• Managing client relationships and ensuring effective communication with all stakeholders.
• Performing proactive risk management to mitigate potential project risks.
• Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with external contractors.
• Developing and maintaining detailed project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field, with a preference for Computer Science or Engineering.
• Proven work experience as a Project Manager, ideally within the IT sector.
• Solid technical background, with an understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong organizational skills, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail and multitasking capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
• PMP or PRINCE II certification is considered a significant advantage.
