Location: Bangalore/Pune, Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area

Accops is looking for a results-driven and detail-oriented Project Manager with 10-15 years of experience, including a minimum of 5 years in Project Management with strong exposure to virtualization technologies. PMP Certification is mandatory; Prince2 or ITIL is a plus.

Job Summary:

As a Project Manager at Accops, you will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of strategic and critical customer deployment and implementation projects for the Accops product portfolio. You will work with platforms like Accops, Citrix, VMware, or Nutanix, and be proficient in customer-facing project execution, stakeholder management, and cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end execution of Strategic/Critical Customer deployment and implementation projects for Accops product portfolio.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, resource assignments, and communication strategies.
• Collaborate within the Customer Success Organization, including Professional Services, Technical Support, CoE, Renewals, and Customer Success Managers, to ensure post-implementation success and smooth handover.
• Conduct kick-off meetings, manage scope, track milestones, and report progress to internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects within scope, timeline, and budget, while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and escalations in real-time.
• Provide project updates via status reports, dashboards, and executive briefings.
• Own customer communication cadence, including weekly reviews and stakeholder alignment.
• Adhere to organizational and industry-standard PM methodologies and governance.
• Function as PMO for the Customer Success organization, driving internal transformation projects across customer success teams as guided by leadership, and manage internal stakeholders.
• Represent Customer Success and collaborate with Presales, Sales, Engineering, and Product Management teams for seamless project executions and handovers.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of relevant experience in IT Project Management with a focus on Virtualization, VDI, or Infrastructure projects.
• Strong domain knowledge in Accops, Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, VMware Horizon, Omnissa, Nutanix.
• PMP Certification (mandatory).
• Hands-on experience with tools like MS Project, JIRA, Smartsheet etc.
• Excellent understanding of project lifecycle, resource planning, and budgeting.
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams across geographies.
• Ability to lead without direct reporting.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple mid-to-large scale projects simultaneously.

Preferred Experience:

• Previous experience working in a product-based tech company or large system integrator.
• Exposure to End-User Computing (EUC), Secure Remote Access, or Zero Trust environments.
• Understanding of ITIL processes and service transition frameworks.
