We are seeking a Project Manager in Pune, Maharashtra, India, to oversee project execution and ensure timely delivery of high-quality engineering solutions. The role involves managing project plans, reporting progress and issues to the management team, and ensuring all technical and commercial aspects of projects are addressed. You will lead project teams to achieve cost and schedule performance targets, manage project risks, and ensure customer satisfaction. This position requires close coordination with various internal functions like manufacturing, procurement, and finance, and support for tendering and R&D activities. The Project Manager will also be responsible for authorizing material requisitions and purchase orders, adhering to company policies and ISO9001 quality standards. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, with a strong emphasis on project budgets and delivery milestones, is crucial. The role requires a proactive approach to providing visibility of delivery milestones and budgets to all teams in Pune. Preferred qualifications include a BTech/MTech/BE/ME in Computer Science and PMP/Agile/Prince 2 certification, with 12+ years of overall experience and 5+ years in a Project Manager role. Essential skills include strong Project Management concepts, tools, and frameworks, a thorough understanding of engineering principles, excellent communication and analytical skills, technical system comprehension, organizational abilities, working knowledge of Agile methodologies, customer orientation, teamwork, adaptability, process management, problem-solving, and performance under stress.
