This role involves managing projects within EY's People Advisory Services (PAS) Workforce Knowledge and Functional Advisory (WKFA) teams, specifically for the North America (NAT) region, focusing on Client Services (CNS) and People Consulting (PC) Talent initiatives in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

As a Project Manager, you will be instrumental in crafting and executing research plans to identify executive, niche, technical, investment, and other candidate populations, shaping the global workforce. You will leverage the latest recruitment technology and databases, and develop key metrics to rigorously measure the impact of sourcing efforts through data-driven analysis.

Your primary responsibilities include implementing account activation strategies for Global Delivery Services (GCCs) and Technology services clients, collaborating with regional account leadership. You will work closely with leadership, recruiters, leads, and sources within the Workforce Advisory team to drive performance, solution implementation, and account communication.

Ensuring all allocated resources are actively engaged and delivering Exceptional Client Service (ECS) in all interactions is crucial. You will be responsible for stakeholder management, understanding and managing expectations of both external clients and internal stakeholders like Project Delivery Partners/Directors. Team management will involve understanding core strengths of recruiters and leads to align them with project needs and monitor productivity.

You will also handle dashboards and reporting by implementing and consolidating trackers, creating dashboards and presentations, and sharing project updates. Collaboration and team management extend to identifying the right talent for project execution and setting up project teams internally.

In recruitment process management, you will provide post-implementation support, monitor processes to ensure desired outcomes, and implement changes for improvement. Process design excellence involves advocating for and leading the definition of process design standards, approaches, tools, and enablers into a cohesive Process Management capability, collaborating with change groups for adoption and support.

Qualifications:

A postgraduate degree or equivalent with a specialization in Human Resources from a reputed institute.

Experience:

8 to 15 years of relevant work experience in a sourcing/recruitment role, with a minimum of 3-5 years of people management experience. A Graduate/Master’s degree in HR is preferred.

10+ years of Process Design and Implementation experience, preferably in HR Consulting, Recruitment, or Talent Acquisition.

Knowledge of HR technologies and services.

7+ years of experience managing transformation programs or complex, large-scale process designs from scope to completion for large RPOs.

Proven ability to work as an individual contributor as well as lead projects, resolve complex problems, and assist junior team members.

Key attributes include being a lateral thinker with strong data analysis skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to build relationships at all levels within the firm and with clients.

Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure, manage multiple time-sensitive projects with a keen sense of urgency, and maintain an openness to feedback with strong self-awareness.

Strong organizational skills with excellent follow-through and delivery capabilities.
