Project Manager

Role Overview

Droisys is seeking a skilled Technical Project Manager in India to oversee the end-to-end delivery of complex software projects. You will act as the bridge between engineering, product, and business units, ensuring project success through clear communication and Agile excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle, including planning, execution, and timely delivery.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, such as daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Define project scope, manage cross-functional teams (Dev, QA, DevOps), and mitigate risks.
• Maintain project health through accurate dashboard reporting and stakeholder management.

Required Qualifications

• 4–8 years of professional experience in IT or software project management.
• In-depth knowledge of SDLC and Agile/Scrum frameworks.
• Proficiency with project management tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certifications such as PMP or CSM.
• Experience managing enterprise-level projects involving cloud technologies and system integrations.
