Project Manager - Hybrid (Pune, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Gurugram)

Net Connect is seeking a seasoned Project Manager with a minimum of 10 years of experience, including at least 5 years in Global Banking, to join our team in a hybrid capacity across Pune, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Gurugram. This role requires a strong background in functional project management within the Banking, Capital Markets, and Digital Transformation sectors, specifically focusing on investment banking, securities, and trade lifecycle projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery and managing global stakeholders, driving business initiatives to successful completion without direct involvement in technical design or development.

Key Responsibilities:

Functional / Domain Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate expertise in Fixed Income Products, including Bond Pricing, Repo, and Collateral Management.
• Possess knowledge of Cash Equities & Investment Banking operations.
• Understand the complete Trade Lifecycle (Front-to-Back).
• Experience with Regulatory Deliverables & Balance Sheet Migration is crucial.
• Lead PMO Governance & Reporting functions.
• Proficiency in working with both Agile & Waterfall Methodologies.

Project Management Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end Project Initiation, Planning & Delivery.
• Manage RAID & RACI for robust project governance.
• Conduct thorough Cost & Benefit Analysis.
• Drive Business Readiness & Change Impact Assessments.
• Coordinate effectively with Global Stakeholders for seamless execution.

Mandatory Criteria:

• Must demonstrate constant benefit management and ownership of delivery.
• PMP Certified (Prince2 is a strong advantage).
• Focus on project delivery, not implementation or design.

Education and Domain Fit:

• Graduation is mandatory.
• Candidates from the MSS (Markets & Securities Services) Domain are preferred.

• Notice Period: Immediate to 45 days
