Project Manager

Join a dynamic and growing team at Ideal Partners Staffing as a Lighting Project Manager in Irving, TX. This key role oversees lighting projects from initial order to final delivery, serving as the central point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal departments. Ensure projects are completed efficiently, on time, and within budget.

Responsibilities include:

• Full ownership of lighting projects from order placement through final delivery.
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients, vendors, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage purchase orders, product procurement, shipment tracking, and delivery coordination to job sites or warehouses.
• Oversee the submittal approval process, project documentation, invoicing, and change orders.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and performance metrics to ensure successful, on-time, and on-budget completion.
• Proactively resolve any issues that arise during order fulfillment, maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders.
• Ensure project closure with comprehensive documentation and accurate billing reconciliation.

Required Qualifications:

• A minimum of 1 year of experience managing or quoting lighting projects within the electrical distribution industry.
• Must be able to work on-site 5 days a week at our Irving office.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with project management or ERP software (Solar Eclipse or Job Management highly preferred).
• Previous experience with electrical drawings or take-offs.
• Knowledge of lighting products.
• A degree in Business, Sales, or a Technical discipline.
• Proficiency in Excel and other MS Office applications.
