Job Summary
As a Project Implementation Engineer at Facilio, you will be responsible for the complete customer onboarding journey, from kickoff to go-live, ensuring maximum value realization from our platform. This role blends product expertise, customer understanding, and execution capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer onboarding end-to-end, including discovery, BRD creation, implementation, UAT, and final rollout.
- Conduct workshops to gather business requirements, map them to Facilio modules, and assess product feasibility.
- Develop clear, detailed documentation (BRDs) translating customer objectives and define project scope based on use cases and timelines.
- Oversee product configuration, integration coordination, and testing for smooth deployments.
- Prepare and execute test plans, coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and manage issue resolution.
- Create user guides and training materials, conducting end-user training sessions to facilitate adoption.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and primary contact throughout the onboarding process, balancing technical knowledge with effective communication.
- Collaborate with Sales, Pre-sales, Engineering, Product, and Support teams for seamless value delivery and post-onboarding transition.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in a customer onboarding or implementation role within a SaaS product company.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end onboarding or implementation cycles for enterprise clients.
- Solid understanding of requirement gathering, scope definition, and documentation best practices.
- Hands-on experience with product configuration, UAT, testing, and training.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, comfortable interacting with customer project leads, executives, and internal teams.
- Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, MS Office, and BPM software (e.g., Visio, BizAgi).
- An analytical mindset with a strong attention to detail and a preference for scalable solutions.
- Experience in commercial real estate or enterprise building systems is a significant advantage.
