Full Job Description
Livspace is seeking a dedicated Project Executive to oversee the entire project lifecycle from initiation to execution in Kolkata. This role requires taking complete ownership and responsibility for ensuring projects are completed within quality and timeline standards, adhering to drawings, Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and contractual documents.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end project execution in line with technical specifications and contractual agreements.
- Conduct regular site visits and submit Daily Progress Reports to stakeholders.
- Ensure project quality meets Livspace's high standards and specifications.
- Proactively identify and resolve project bottlenecks to facilitate smoother execution.
- Coordinate effectively with all project stakeholders.
- Maintain 100% adherence to internal Livspace processes and guidelines.
- Drive high client satisfaction through clear and efficient communication.
Job Requirements
- Possession of a Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Designing.
- Prior experience in interior project execution is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Must own a 2-wheeler for site travel within Kolkata.
- Demonstrated qualities of being hardworking, diligent, and eager to learn and grow.
