Role Overview: Project Engineer
As a Project Engineer at CRA in Noida, India, you will play a crucial role in the execution of live engineering projects. This position involves supporting the entire lifecycle of CRA systems, from initial handover through dispatch and commissioning. You will be responsible for coordinating with internal teams, external vendors, and clients to ensure the successful delivery of solutions, meeting all project timelines, scope requirements, and quality standards. Key Responsibilities
Assist in comprehensive project planning, scheduling, and execution activities.
Facilitate seamless coordination among design, production, and procurement teams.
Monitor and track project progress, ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation.
Participate actively in internal technical reviews, client update meetings, and on-site coordination.
Provide support for Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), dispatch logistics, installation, and commissioning phases.
Uphold project quality benchmarks, adhere to timelines, and ensure technical compliance.
Requirements
A Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) or Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering.
1 to 3 years of relevant experience in an engineering or project execution role.
Demonstrated strong technical fundamentals and excellent communication skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively across different functions and manage on-ground coordination.
Flexibility and willingness to travel for site-specific work as required.
