Project Engineer - Integrated Building Management Systems

Johnson Controls is seeking a skilled Project Engineer with a strong background in electronics engineering and extensive experience in Integrated Building Management Systems (IBMS) to join our team in Andheri (East), Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure successful project execution and deliver high-quality results in the domain of building safety and management systems.

Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Project Engineer to manage and execute projects within the Integrated Building Management Systems (IBMS) field. The ideal candidate will be responsible for seamless project delivery, ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in the IBMS field, specifically with Access Control, CCTV, Fire Alarm, and Building Management Systems.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in pre-commissioning and commissioning processes for Safety, Security, and BMS systems.
• Strong system knowledge of Fire Alarm Systems (FAS), Public Address Systems (PAS), Building Management Systems (BMS), Access Control Systems (ACS), and CCTV systems.

Project Management

• Ability to execute projects in close coordination with Project Management Consultants (PMC), customers, consultants, and other relevant agencies.
• Excellent communication skills are essential for effective collaboration among all stakeholders.

Additional Requirements

• Willingness to travel and work across Maharashtra as needed.
