About the Role

We are seeking a Project Engineer specializing in AI Agents & Agentic Engineering with strong practical experience in modern AI engineering environments. This is not a conventional development role; we need engineers who can design, configure, orchestrate, and operate AI agents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop AI agents for real business problems.
• Configure AI engineering environments (Claude Code, ChatGPT/Codex, GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot Studio).
• Create project-level instructions, context rules, and conventions.
• Implement multi-agent workflows with tool/function calling, retrieval, and memory management.
• Evaluate AI outputs for accuracy, reliability, security, and hallucinations.

Required Skills:

• 2+ years of software engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience with agentic platforms (MCP, RAG, Human-in-the-loop).
• Strong foundation in programming, APIs, Git, and cloud environments.
