Business Consulting partners with clients to reimagine business models, drive growth, manage costs, respond to market pressures, and resolve operational challenges. This includes expertise in innovation, strategy, business transformation, finance, supply chain, operations, and large-scale program and portfolio management.

Areas within Business Consulting:

• Finance Consulting: Enhances finance functions through assessments, transformations, service/cost improvements, and embedding performance management.
• Business Transformation: A multidisciplinary competency focused on transformation architecture, experience design, business design, and execution for large-scale, multi-year programs.
• Supply Chain and Operations: Offers industry-specific, strategic, operational, and financial insights, leveraging digital technology and alliances to improve performance, support sales growth, reduce costs, minimize risk, and ensure operational resilience.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Technical Excellence in Sports:

• Sports IP Management and Operations: Expertise in sports intellectual property (IP) management, including licensing, branding, and rights management. Optimization of sports operations, event management, and enhancing efficiency.
• Youth and Grassroots Development: Insights into youth and grassroots sports development strategies, nurturing talent pipelines, and developing growth initiatives.
• Sports Academies and High-Performance Centres: Guidance on optimizing training and development programs, athlete development, talent identification, and performance enhancement.
• Sports Franchise Management: Insights into sports franchise management, enhancing operations, revenue generation, and fan engagement.

Skills and Attributes:

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in the sports sector, providing strategic insights and guidance.
• Deep understanding of sports business models, revenue streams, sponsorship, and fan engagement.
• Management degree or equivalent certification in Sports Management or a related field.
• In-depth understanding of sports industry dynamics, business models, and revenue generation strategies.
• Knowledge of sports intellectual property management, event operations, and youth development.
• Experience in sports academy or high-performance centre management is highly advantageous.
• Familiarity with sports franchise operations, including revenue streams and fan engagement.
• Consulting background preferred, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
