Project Coordinator

About the Opportunity

Join Syndigo's Nutrition & Wellness team to support successful execution of client projects and operational initiatives. This is a remote position with US night shift hours.

Your Impact Day-to-Day

• Coordinate day-to-day project activities across diverse client accounts and internal teams in Bengaluru Area and remotely.
• Develop, maintain, and track comprehensive project plans, timelines, status reports, trackers, and documentation using Microsoft Excel and Teams.
• Proactively monitor milestones to identify risks, dependencies, or delays before they impact deliverables.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, document action items, and ensure follow-up on outstanding tasks for clients including AutoZone, Colgate-Palmolive, Dole International, Unilever, and Walgreens.
• Support client onboarding and business implementation activities within our Nutrition & Wellness solutions ecosystem.
• Assist in collecting, validating, and maintaining critical ingredient, menu, nutrition, and product data for restaurants, retailers, and digital platforms.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders regarding progress, priorities, risks, and customer experience across time zones.

We Should Talk If This Sounds Like You

• 2+ years of experience in project coordination, account support, operations, or client services (preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and deliverables simultaneously with a structured approach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills tailored for international remote collaboration.
• Strong attention to detail essential for accuracy in nutrition labeling and product data environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint), Teams, Outlook, and digital catalogs.

Industry Focus

This role specifically supports the Nutrition & Wellness vertical. Experience within foodservice, restaurant chains, retail health applications, or consumer products industries is highly valued. Understanding of nutrition labeling requirements, ingredient data standards, menu management systems, and food databases gives you a distinct advantage.
