About Strategy and Transactions (SaT) - Government and Public Sector Transactions

The Government and Public Sector Transactions Services is a key part of EY's Government & Public Sector (GPS) Services. This network consists of highly skilled professionals from assurance, tax, transaction, and advisory services, all focused on serving government and public sector organizations and institutions.

This practice integrates private sector leading practices with a deep understanding of the public sector's diverse needs, with a primary focus on delivering improved public services. Operating within EY's Transaction Advisory Services practice, our multi-disciplinary team is a market leader, collaborating with prominent businesses across various industries. Our unique position allows us to deliver implementable strategies, drawing upon the firm's sector depth, transaction perspectives, and operational insights.

We have experience working across diverse sectors including Transport, Social & Health care, Education, Urban & Infrastructure, Economic Development Advisory, Water Waste & Sanitation, Power & Utilities, and Public Finance & Management.

About SaT - TCF - Infrastructure Advisory

Strategy and Transactions empowers clients to reimagine ecosystems, reshape portfolios, and reinvent for a better future. Our team assists clients in managing risk/return trade-offs to facilitate better decision-making regarding financing and capital efficiency.

Your Key Responsibilities

Technical Excellence

• Assist in the daily coordination with various departments and track work progress.
• Create baseline assessments and gap analyses.
• Perform data analysis for planning progress as required by TUDA.
• Support the preparation of GIS maps, project conceptual plans, and Master Plans.
• Prepare presentations, project briefs, and review notes.
• Liaise with Urban Local Bodies (ULBs) and coordinate efforts.
• Identify relevant case studies and success stories.

Skills and Attributes

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Planning (B. Plan) is required; a Master's in Planning is preferred.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Frontend Development.
• Proficiency in CAD and GIS applications.
• Demonstrated experience in writing high-quality reports.
• Experience in data collation, secondary and primary research, and data storage in a digital format relevant to the responsibilities mentioned.
