Project Consultant - Business Consulting Risk - Digital Risk (Ahmedabad)

Enterprise Risk
Assisting clients in identifying and addressing key risk areas while fostering agility for rapid response. Key focus areas are Enterprise risk and resilience, Internal audit, Compliance, and Internal controls.
Technology Risk
Supporting clients in achieving sustainable growth by safeguarding their business performance and providing reliable communications on internal control and regulatory compliance to investors, management, regulators, customers, and other stakeholders. EY teams achieve this by evaluating the technology risks that impact businesses.
Financial Services Risk
Helping clients in the financial sector to identify, manage, and monitor business risks through a transformative and agile approach. This involves refining processes and procedures, managing risk, employing data modeling and analytics, facilitating stakeholder and third-party reporting, defining business requirements for software selection and IT implementation, and analyzing assets and liabilities, as well as capital and liquidity management.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Excellence
- End-to-end asset lifecycle management for technology hardware assets.
- Asset capacity planning and management.
- Liaising with stakeholders to manage all technology asset requirements.
- Responsibility for managing all performance and risk-related metrics.
- Validating and initiating procurement requests for technology assets.
- Handling all asset inward and onboarding processes to the tracking system, including tagging.
- IT stores management.
- Inventory management (intra- and inter-unit transfers, de-bonding, disposal).
- Ensuring asset issuance and collection to support incident and request management on the ITSM tool.
- Managing asset upkeep and maintenance (repairs/replacement) by liaising with OEMs.
- Disposal of retired assets in compliance with established guidelines.
- Vendor services management and audit.
- Asset exchange, service request, and incident ticket management.
Skills and Attributes
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Management, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Availability to travel outside of the assigned office location at least 50% of the time.
Experience
0 to 1 year of post-qualification experience.
