Full Job Description
The Project Chiron - Sanskrit Quality Control Specialist role at Jobgether offers a transformative opportunity to contribute to the advancement of AI systems by ensuring the highest standards of accuracy and quality in language and image-based training data. As a remote, project-based specialist, you will leverage your native or strong proficiency in Sanskrit to meticulously review, validate, and enhance AI training datasets. Your responsibilities include:
- Reviewing and validating annotated content, including questions, images, and reference answers, to ensure precision and consistency with project guidelines.
- Independently verifying responses to confirm they accurately match the information depicted in images.
- Identifying and flagging errors—such as inaccuracies, inconsistencies, or unclear responses—while providing constructive feedback to improve annotation quality.
- Applying strict quality standards and project guidelines consistently to uphold data integrity.
- Tracking recurring error patterns and collaborating with the project team to drive continuous improvements in AI training datasets.
- Ensuring all submitted work meets rigorous quality benchmarks before final approval.
- Escalating ambiguous cases or unclear instructions for further review to maintain data accuracy.
To excel in this role, you must:
- Possess native or strong proficiency in Sanskrit, paired with a keen analytical mind for evaluating complex data sets.
- Have a Bachelor’s degree and demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, visual observation, and reading comprehension.
- Communicate effectively in English, especially for providing clear and actionable feedback.
- Prefer prior experience in quality assurance, proofreading, or data validation, though a strong quality mindset is essential.
- Work independently with reliability, managing tasks efficiently on a flexible, remote schedule.
- Show genuine interest in AI, language technologies, and data quality processes.
