About the Job

Partner Company is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Project-Based Graphic Designer based in India to join their remote team. In this flexible role, you will create high-quality visual content for branding, marketing, and promotional campaigns.

• Create and refresh design assets for retreat promotions, social media channels, lead magnets, and other initiatives.
• Develop reusable Canva templates to streamline ongoing content creation while maintaining consistent brand identity.

Your Responsibilities

• Create promotional materials (banners, flyers, posters) for events and retreats across platforms like YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Refresh website visuals and VIP assets for a premium appearance.
• Review and improve existing collections of Canva templates to expand the library to around 30 reusable design assets.
• Ensure all materials align with established brand guidelines and quality standards.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is an independent creative professional with:

• Strong proficiency in Canva, including creating professional templates.
• Experience in graphic design, branding, and social media marketing materials (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn).
• Excellent visual skills in layout, typography, color selection, and brand consistency.
• Ability to work independently within Pacific Standard Time (PST), managing deadlines effectively.
