Program Supervisor

Join the YMCA of Greater Seattle, an organization deeply committed to equity and social justice, in their search for a Program Supervisor for their Year-Round Youth Development Programs at Alcott Elementary in Redmond, WA. This vital role involves leading and developing a team of before and after school program staff. You will be instrumental in ensuring the planning and successful implementation of developmentally appropriate, culturally relevant activities, all while upholding the highest standards of a safe and quality childcare environment. This position requires a dedicated individual who can build strong relationships with children, families, school staff, and the community. Responsibilities include staff hiring, training, and evaluation; curriculum planning and delivery; maintaining child-staff ratios; parent communication; adhering to YMCA policies; and managing site supplies and potentially budgets. We are seeking a proactive leader to enhance our programs and contribute to the positive growth of children in Redmond.
