Program Manager

Life Unlimited, Inc. in Kansas City, MO, is seeking a dedicated Program Manager to oversee our Community Living settings. This role is crucial for coordinating comprehensive support, managing caseloads, ensuring the highest program quality, and maintaining compliance with all mandated standards. The Program Manager will also be responsible for training and developing team members on specific program requirements and best practices. Key responsibilities include conducting regular quality assurance visits, managing budgets and staffing patterns, ensuring adequate staffing levels, and reporting emergencies. This position involves close collaboration with support coordinators, guardians, and internal teams to facilitate seamless transitions, develop person-centered plans, and advocate for individuals' goals. The Program Manager will also play a vital role in staff supervision, performance reviews, and ensuring the accurate documentation of client records within our electronic system. A commitment to the health, safety, and satisfaction of individuals served is paramount. This is an onsite position.
