Program Executive

About The Role

The Program Executive is a full-time team member responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring program activities within the Pune Division. In this hybrid role, you will spend part of your time working on-site in Pune and part from home, ensuring smooth implementation of projects across assigned locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting program design, managing timelines, and coordinating with field teams and partners.
• Maintaining documentation and preparing comprehensive reports and presentations.
• Tracking progress against objectives, assisting in data collection and analysis to measure outcomes.
• Identifying risks and solutions to keep initiatives on schedule and within scope.
• Engaging directly with beneficiaries and stakeholders while organizing meetings and events.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of program processes and overall impact.
