Join Tata Electronics (TEPL) as a Production Planning & Control Executive in key locations like New Delhi, Bengaluru, Kolkata, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Pune, and Chennai. This role is crucial for ensuring committed delivery dates through Order Promising/ATP and enhancing Customer Line Item Performance (CLIP). You will manage order re-commits due to product changes, holds, releases, expedites, or slow-downs, and coordinate closely with Customer Operations for WIP visibility and shipment planning. Your responsibilities will include preparing daily wafer start plans across various technology nodes and products, executing wafer starts based on capacity and loading targets, and driving start stability, weekly loading adherence, and cycle time compliance. You will collaborate with diffusion, litho, etch, CMP, implant, and backend modules to ensure capacity feasibility. Key tasks involve managing daily fab WIP status, including aging, bank, bottlenecks, and special lots, and handling Lot Handling Requests (LHN). You will monitor and maintain TTL WIP, remaining input quantities, WAT/WH/Bank levels, and control key, SHL, Customer Pull-in/Pull-out, and special event lots. The role requires preparing weekly and monthly production/output projections, identifying key planning assumptions, and managing Consensus Demand vs Plan vs Execution alignment, driving PP modules within the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and Planning System. You will own PP procedures, SOPs, and internal controls, supporting digital transformation, automation, and data integrity for planning. Collaboration with Planning & Logistics, Module Engineering, Manufacturing Operations, Customer Operations, Quality/PIE, and Supply Chain is essential. You will provide daily plans, recovery actions, and output risk visibility to stakeholders, interpreting fab data and constraints to create executable plans using analytical skills. Forecasting output under variability and making data-driven decisions using dashboards, SQL, Excel, and Python are core requirements. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Electronics, Mechanical, Industrial, Production, Semiconductor, or similar) is mandatory. Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing flow, routing, and WIP behavior, expertise in Wafer start scheduling, WIP management, CT modeling, Output projection logic, and Order management/ATP/CTP concepts are required. Familiarity with MES, ERP, MPS/MRP, and planning dashboards is expected. Excellent quantitative and problem-solving abilities are crucial. Previous Foundry experience with TSMC, GlobalFoundries, UMC, PSMC, Micron, Samsung, Intel, is considered an advantage.
