Honest Energy+ is seeking a motivated Operations & Production professional to join our growing team in Delhi, India. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on operational experience and grow into a leadership position within an early-stage functional beverage brand.

What You Will Do:

• Coordinate production schedules and activities with our esteemed contract manufacturers.
• Support the successful execution of trial batches and commercial production runs.
• Assist in upholding stringent quality and compliance standards, including FSSAI, GMP, and ISO 22000.
• Ensure meticulous batch accuracy, comprehensive documentation, and strict adherence to Quality Control (QC) protocols.
• Manage and coordinate with suppliers for raw materials and packaging.
• Provide on-site presence and support during critical production phases.
• Proactively identify potential issues and contribute to the implementation of effective corrective actions.

Who We Are Looking For:

• A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in the beverages, dairy, nutraceuticals, or FMCG sectors.
• Mandatory prior exposure to food manufacturing environments or Quality Assurance (QA).
• A foundational understanding of FSSAI regulations and audit processes.
• A proactive, hands-on approach with a strong desire to learn and adapt quickly.
• Comfort and enthusiasm for working within a fast-paced startup environment with significant responsibility.

Compensation and Career Growth:

• Competitive salary package: ₹3,00,000 - ₹5,00,000 per annum (CTC).
• Performance-based incentives: Up to 15% of annual salary.
