Production Engineer (Junior Level)

Raj Process Equipments and Systems Pvt Ltd seeks a dedicated Junior Production Engineer for its facility in Kharabwadi, Chakan, Pune. This role involves overseeing contractor supervision, daily production planning, and reporting. You will be responsible for generating Daily Production Reports (DPR), maintaining bar charts, tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), managing cutting lists, and following up on Bill of Materials (BOI) and material issuance. The position also requires involvement in contractor billing, tracking consumable materials, and ensuring timely completion of acid cleaning and painting processes. The ideal candidate will ensure production targets are met, resolve contractor issues, and maintain a clean and organized work environment according to 5S principles. The role requires seamless handover of completed jobs to the logistics department post-QC clearance.
