About the Role
We are seeking a UI/UX Product Designer to own design end-to-end from early concepts through shipped product. You will build our design system and visual language from scratch, work directly with founders to shape product direction, and establish quality standards as we grow.
What you'll do
- Own the full design lifecycle from concept to launch
- Create a comprehensive design system and define our visual identity
- Collaborate closely with founders on product strategy
- Design user experiences that help people find meaningful work
What you bring
- A strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking beyond just visual polish
- Proficiency in Figma
- Comfort working with ambiguity and making decisions without perfect information
- Experience working remotely
- No minimum experience required - new grads welcome
