Full Job Description
Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis and gather market intelligence for both existing and upcoming products.
- Support and manage the successful launch of new products and ongoing new product development initiatives.
- Lead and provide support to dealer sales teams to ensure target achievement.
- Plan and deliver effective training programs for Dealer Sales Professionals (DSPs).
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to drive product improvements.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Sales, New Product Development (NPD), Product Management, Marketing, and Support.
- Drive demand generation, sales promotion activities, and strategic product positioning.
- Monitor sales performance, market share, and sales volume closely.
- Manage product pricing strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Prepare Management Information System (MIS) reports and performance dashboards.
- Support the execution of sales strategies and strategic initiatives.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Management, Marketing, or Engineering.
- Proven experience in product management, sales strategy, or market intelligence roles.
- Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
- Demonstrated exposure to product launches and dealer network management.
- Willingness to travel and work in a field-oriented environment.
