Product Software Architect

• Architect and build secure, scalable, distributed backend/frontend systems for programmatic advertising using Java/TypeScript.
• Spearhead technical direction ensuring code quality, observability, performance, and best practices in Spring Boot microservices.
• Mentor engineering teams through design reviews while collaborating with cross-functional partners to translate business needs into robust solutions.
• Enhance platform reliability via automated alerting, monitoring strategies, and on-call participation as needed for high-availability systems.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying optimizations in processes and system architecture within large-scale environments.

Requirements:

• 10+ years software engineering experience with leadership track record required.
• Advanced Java/TypeScript proficiency, React/Node.js frameworks expertise essential.
• Demonstrated ability scaling RESTful APIs using Spring Boot and relational databases (MySQL/Postgres) alongside NoSQL solutions like DynamoDB.
• Strong computer science foundation in algorithms, system design principles, data structures for distributed environments.

Tech Stack: AWS Cloud platforms, Apache Kafka/AWS Kinesis streaming, Redis caching layers, Terraform/Docker/Kubernetes DevOps tools. Experience with ad tech and programmatic advertising bidding platforms required.
