Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of modernization initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.
• Define clear product roadmaps, prioritize backlogs, and effectively manage competing priorities.
• Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring unified understanding.
• Translate complex technical requirements into actionable deliverables, with a strong focus on end-user impact and satisfaction.
• Continuously analyze performance metrics, user feedback, and market trends to champion continuous improvement and innovation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; a Master's degree is advantageous.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, preferably within technology modernization and analytics domains.
• Proficiency in agile methodologies, product lifecycle management, and analytics-driven decision-making.
• Strong technical acumen, including experience with APIs, cloud platforms, and emerging technologies such as AI and ML.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams, including engineering, analytics, and business stakeholders.
