Product Operations Manager

NxtWave is seeking an Associate Product Manager - Process Optimization to join its Control Tower (Business Strategy) team in Hyderabad. This role is crucial for coordinating and executing cross-functional projects aimed at streamlining internal processes, boosting operational efficiency, and contributing to scalable business strategies. The position is ideal for individuals with a product-oriented mindset and a strong focus on process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and address business process inefficiencies by collaborating with internal stakeholders.
• Translate complex business challenges into actionable product or workflow improvement initiatives and manage them from conception to completion.
• Foster seamless execution of optimization projects through close collaboration with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Tech, and Operations.
• Develop and implement robust systems for tracking key process performance indicators (KPIs).
• Deconstruct high-level business objectives into detailed action plans, timelines, and workflows.
• Analyze process data to recommend data-driven interventions that boost productivity and mitigate bottlenecks.
• Support the Control Tower in establishing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), enhancing funnel efficiency, and ensuring decisions are based on data.
• Drive A/B experiments and pilot rollouts to rigorously test and measure the impact of proposed improvements.
• Manage communication, documentation, and stakeholder alignment for all ongoing initiatives.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience in product management, product operations, process optimization, or business strategy.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills with a strong systems-thinking approach.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across teams and manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Proficiency with tools such as Figma, Notion, Excel, and BI dashboards.
• A proactive approach to execution and a passion for continuous improvement.

This is a permanent, work-from-office role in Hyderabad, with 6 working days and Sunday off. Compensation will be as per market standards.
