About the Role:

We are looking for a highly proficient Product Operations Manager to enhance operational efficiency, optimize product processes, and facilitate data-driven decision-making throughout the product lifecycle. The ideal candidate will possess robust experience in analytics, SQL, cross-functional execution, and product-centric problem-solving, bridging product strategy, analytics, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with field teams to ensure seamless daily operations and timely completion of product-related tasks.
• Gather insights from ground-level field operations to refine product processes, boost feature adoption, and improve implementation efficiency.
• Develop, refine, and standardize product development workflows to ensure efficient execution from concept to launch.
• Monitor field performance metrics, identify operational bottlenecks, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive improvements on the ground.
• Support the rollout of new product features, tools, and processes through comprehensive training, documentation, and effective feedback mechanisms from the field.
• Foster alignment across diverse cross-functional teams via clear communication, thorough documentation, and rigorous operational practices.
• Track critical product operational KPIs, ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of data across all reports and dashboards.
• Create automated data workflows to minimize manual reporting efforts and enhance operational efficiency.

Skills & Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in product operations or a related hybrid role.
• Proficiency in SQL and data analysis.
• Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional product teams.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to structure ambiguous challenges into actionable solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail, a strong process-oriented mindset, and discipline in documentation.
