Marketing Strategy and Product Placement
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve optimal product placement and expand market share. Conduct in-depth competitor analysis to identify emerging opportunities and potential threats. Monitor the implementation of brand strategies through the sales team and meticulously track return on investment (ROI).
Key Opinion Leader (KOL) Engagement
Forge and nurture relationships with top Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) across various categories and their management teams to effectively drive business growth.
Marketing Plans and Collateral Development
Create detailed marketing plans for assigned products, outlining specific activities in close collaboration with the Marketing Head and Business Head. Ensure timely and budget-conscious printing, procurement, and distribution of all marketing collateral and promotional materials.
Sales Team Collaboration and Training
Effectively communicate product positioning and any updates in product information to the sales team during cycle meetings. Provide comprehensive training to the field force on new product launches, cycle meeting objectives, and ongoing training programs.
ROI Analysis and Market Insights
Analyze the ROI of marketing initiatives by tracking key performance indicators such as prescription growth, revenue increases, and other relevant metrics through internal audits and external market surveys.
