Product Manager - Personal Lines Underwriting (Mumbai)
Liberty Mutual is seeking a driven Product Manager specializing in Personal Lines Underwriting for our Mumbai office. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to leverage your expertise in general insurance pricing, particularly within the Motor and Health product segments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze extensive datasets to identify emerging trends and uncover new business opportunities within the insurance landscape.
- Develop and present actionable recommendations based on robust analytical findings.
- Collaborate closely with product teams and actuaries to gather and interpret critical pricing information, including OEM & Non-OEM level data, scheme performance, and overall portfolio insights.
- Support the development and interpretation of data-driven pricing strategies through close partnership with actuarial and product departments.
- Conduct detailed analysis of micro-segment pricing (OEM/Non-OEM) for Motor and Health insurance portfolios.
- Identify and leverage trends across Motor and Health insurance portfolios to optimize pricing strategies.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2-3 years of dedicated experience in insurance product pricing.
- Proven experience or strong foundational knowledge in general insurance pricing, with a focus on Motor and Health products.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Proficiency in working with large datasets and extracting meaningful insights.
