Product Manager - Personal Lines Underwriting in Mumbai

Liberty Mutual is seeking a skilled Product Manager with a focus on Personal Lines Underwriting to join our team in Mumbai. This role requires strong communication and cooperation skills, proven experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and a solid understanding of the General Insurance sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct effective communication and foster cooperation within the team and with stakeholders.
• Demonstrate proven experience in the UAT field, ensuring thorough testing processes.
• Leverage experience in General Insurance fields to contribute to product development and strategy.
• Understand and articulate the need for detailed reporting of issues, including clear steps for replication and acceptance criteria.
• Exhibit the ability to perform UATs across multiple systems efficiently.
• Take accountability for testing deliverables, ensuring quality and accuracy.
• Execute test scripts diligently based on defined Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).
• Log and maintain defects, prioritizing them according to severity and guidelines.
• Retest software corrections to ensure defects are effectively resolved.
• Provide regular UAT progress statistics and reporting to senior stakeholders.
• Offer support to the UAT Room during the testing phases.
