As a Product Manager II, you will be instrumental in executing Microsoft's AI vision. Your role involves translating advanced AI capabilities into intuitive, trustworthy product experiences. Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive market and customer research to gain deep insights into the business, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
• Analyze product telemetry, usage funnels, and customer feedback to identify high-impact opportunities and measure product effectiveness.
• Leverage data-driven insights, customer feedback, and competitive analysis to define and execute roadmaps for intelligent AI experiences across Microsoft 365. Focus on AI-native workflows that enhance human capabilities beyond simple task automation.
• Pioneer new interaction models for effective human-AI collaboration within productivity contexts.
• Partner closely with AI researchers, engineering, design, and partner teams to build and deploy scalable AI experiences that are responsive, contextual, and seamlessly integrated into user workflows.
• Maintain agility while adhering to critical guidelines, balancing rapid experimentation with Microsoft's commitments to responsible AI, enterprise trust, and compliance.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years of experience in product/service/program management or software development, OR equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of product management experience shipping 0-to-1 and V1 products at scale.
• Demonstrated strong product intuition, user-centricity, and business acumen.
• Scientific approach to product development: hypothesis-driven, experimental, and evidence-based. Proficient in defining success metrics, running experiments, and translating data into actionable product decisions.
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of aligning engineering teams on specifications, presenting complex trade-offs to leadership, and unifying cross-functional partners towards a common goal.
• Strong technical fluency in system design, APIs, data flows, and MLOps, enabling effective collaboration with research and engineering teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years of experience in product/service/program management or software development, OR equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience improving product metrics (e.g., customer base growth, usage expansion, churn reduction) for a product, feature, or experience within a specific market.
• 2+ years of experience disrupting a market through product, feature, or experience innovation (e.g., competitive displacement, introduction of novel solutions).
• Proven experience building AI-first products, including model selection and evaluation.
• Familiarity with Microsoft's AI and data platforms such as Azure Foundry, Microsoft Graph, or similar AI platforms.
