Product Manager, Workflow & Generative AI SaaS

VMock is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product Manager to spearhead the development and delivery of our cutting-edge SaaS solutions. Take ownership of the complete product lifecycle, from initial planning through to successful execution. You will partner closely with engineering, design, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products that consistently surpass client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Champion end-to-end product lifecycle management, encompassing ideation, feature prioritization, launch, and post-launch analysis for our B2B SaaS product suite.
• Foster collaboration with engineering, design, marketing, and customer success to ensure product delivery aligns with strategic business objectives and user needs.
• Define and optimize critical workflows, ensuring seamless and scalable customer journeys throughout the product offering.
• Leverage usage data, product metrics, and customer feedback to inform data-driven decisions and drive continuous product enhancement.
• Manage the client onboarding, launch, and post-launch experience, prioritizing tasks based on their criticality and potential impact.
• Monitor client engagement and health indicators to proactively identify and mitigate churn risks.
• Collaborate with teams to develop and scale Gen AI-powered applications, improving automation, personalization, and user engagement.
• Contribute to internal process improvements and automation initiatives to optimize product operations and accelerate time-to-market.
• Act as the internal advocate for the customer, championing high-impact features that deliver enhanced value and usability.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 14 years of post-MBA experience in Product Management or a closely related discipline, with a preference for SaaS or enterprise technology backgrounds.
• An MBA from a Tier-1 institution (e.g., IIMs, MDI, IIFT, or equivalent) is strongly preferred.
• Proven experience in managing SaaS products and a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Demonstrable experience in building or integrating Generative AI capabilities into software products is a significant advantage.
• Possess strong analytical acumen with practical experience in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Mixpanel).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a history of effective engagement with stakeholders and clients.
• Exceptional project management, prioritization, and multitasking capabilities within dynamic, fast-paced environments.
• Keen attention to detail coupled with a proactive approach and a commitment to quality.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or Asana.
• A background in user research or UX/UI collaboration.
• Understanding of AI/ML concepts and their practical application in products.
