Product Manager

SOTI is seeking an innovative Product Manager to join our team in Gurgaon / Gurugram, India. As a Product Manager at SOTI, you will be instrumental in the entire product line life cycle, from ideation to delivery and maintenance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, define requirements using Agile methodologies, and break down epics into stories with detailed acceptance criteria for our Development scrum teams. Your responsibilities include strategic planning, prioritizing stories to meet minimum viable product targets, participating in daily standups, representing business stakeholders in scrum reviews, and guiding product design through continuous interaction with development and testing teams.

You will also assist in specifying technical requirements, working closely with UX Design to establish user experiences, and tracking activities using Jira and Aha. Collaboration with Marketing for product collateral and sales tools, and occasional support for the Sales team on key opportunities are also part of this dynamic role. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of competitive product positioning, feature sets, and messaging is crucial.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong analytical skills, particularly in evaluating technology.
• Ability to maintain technical credibility and collaborate effectively with engineers to solve problems.
• Experience with Android and Agile Scrum methodologies.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Technical Product Owner or Product Manager within an Agile Scrum environment.
