Full Job Description
Trusted Media Brands is seeking a Product Manager in Gurgaon/Gurugram, India, to drive the growth and evolution of its prominent digital lifestyle brands: Taste of Home, Family Handyman, Birds and Blooms, and Reader's Digest. This role offers a junior-to-mid-level product professional the chance to shape and implement the product roadmap for these popular content websites. You will collaborate with editorial, engineering, UX, data science, and marketing teams to develop features that enhance community engagement, attract new users, retain existing audiences, and optimize the overall user experience. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, data-driven, and eager to make a significant impact in a dynamic, collaborative setting.
Responsibilities:
- Support the development and execution of the product roadmap for TMB's lifestyle websites.
- Collaborate with design, engineering, editorial, SEO, and ad tech teams to launch features that increase audience reach and improve site usability.
- Contribute to product discovery by gathering insights from users, stakeholders, and data to inform prioritization.
- Partner with UX and research teams to enhance community features and drive deeper user engagement.
- Analyze user behavior and site performance metrics to identify optimization and innovation opportunities.
- Create clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for the engineering team.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives, to ensure effective communication between stakeholders and developers.
- Assist in conducting A/B testing and experimentation to measure the success of new features or changes.
- Stay informed about product trends, competitor offerings, and best practices in digital publishing.
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience in a digital product role, preferably within the media, publishing, or consumer-facing web platforms industries.
- Solid understanding of web technologies, UX principles, and user-centered design.
- Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver digital products.
- Proficiency in using product analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and leveraging data for decision-making.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work autonomously, and communicate effectively.
- Demonstrated curiosity, creativity, and a passion for creating engaging digital experiences.
- Familiarity with community or user engagement features is advantageous.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Experience implementing AI-driven solutions is a plus.
This is a permanent position reporting to the Senior Director, Product.
