Product Manager

As a Product Manager at Collegedunia, you will be instrumental in establishing a unified product vision and driving execution by building consensus on priorities. You will be responsible for creating buy-in for this product vision and overseeing the entire product development lifecycle, from initial conception and design through to release and ongoing iteration. Key responsibilities include developing effective product pricing and positioning strategies, translating the product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes, and meticulously scoping and prioritizing activities based on their anticipated business and customer impact. You will collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure timely delivery with optimal resource utilization. Furthermore, you will lead product launches, coordinating with public relations, executives, and other product management team members, and evaluate promotional plans to guarantee alignment with product line strategy and effective message conveyance.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated ability to formulate product and marketing strategies, with strong communication skills to present recommendations to executive management.
• A solid technical foundation, including an understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, hands-on approach to addressing challenges.
• Proficiency in collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams within a matrix organization.
• A Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) degree from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 institution.
