About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled Product Manager to spearhead the development and enhancement of our Earnings vertical. This crucial role will ensure seamless settlement and commission management for our extensive Business Correspondent (BC) network and merchant ecosystem.

You will collaborate closely with Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Sales & Distribution teams to create scalable, compliant, and user-friendly product solutions that bolster Airtel Payments Bank's expanding financial ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and advance the bank's commissions platform, including the integration of new use cases, configuration management, and CBC (Channel Business Correspondent) commissions.
• Lead the development of merchant settlement processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in payment reconciliation.
• Partner with engineering teams to architect scalable solutions for handling high transaction volumes.
• Work with Sales & Distribution, Finance, Operations, and Compliance to ensure all payouts and settlements adhere to regulatory requirements.
• Formulate precise product requirements, author Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), and manage product roadmaps and release schedules.
• Utilize data analytics to identify and resolve transaction failures, thereby reducing operational inefficiencies.
• Facilitate new business ventures by enabling flexible commission structures and efficiently onboarding new use cases.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
• 2 to 5 years of product management experience, ideally within fintech, payments, or banking technology sectors.
• Proficiency in digital payment systems, settlement processes, and commission management platforms.
• Demonstrated experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, Operations, and Finance.
• Proven ability to deliver scalable backend or platform products.
• Exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
