Scoutit is seeking a talented Product Manager to drive product initiatives for one of its clients within the insurance ecosystem. This role spans across web, app, and API integrations, requiring close collaboration with engineering, design, operations, and business teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and user-friendly insurance products.

Key Responsibilities

• Spearhead product initiatives across the insurance ecosystem (web, app, APIs).
• Collaborate with external partners for API integration and seamless onboarding.
• Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, operations, and business units.
• Define product requirements, author Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), and manage execution through agile methodologies.
• Monitor product performance, identify improvement areas, and lead feature enhancements based on data and customer feedback.
• Ensure effective coordination between backend and frontend development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant product management experience.
• Proficiency in product management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Figma.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in analytics tools like Mixpanel, Google Analytics, or similar.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities for cross-functional collaboration.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
