Atlys seeks a talented Product Manager to drive the development of our core product. This role is ideal for someone who excels at deconstructing complex processes and transforming them into efficient, scalable systems. You will be responsible for the product experience, defining the roadmap, optimizing user journeys, and delivering features that enhance conversions, reliability, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Product Roadmap: Define and execute the product vision for the Atlys experience across diverse countries, categories, and user segments.
- User Journey Excellence: Re-engineer user flows to be faster, simpler, and more intuitive, aiming to reduce drop-offs and delight users.
- Global Expansion Features: Develop and launch features that accommodate varying international rules, edge cases, and compliance requirements.
- Conversion & Growth: Implement experiments, A/B tests, and optimizations to improve conversions, onboarding, reliability, and overall funnel efficiency.
- Customer Understanding: Engage directly with customers, analyze session recordings, identify friction points, and implement rapid solutions.
- Engineering & Design Collaboration: Partner closely with engineering and design teams to prioritize, scope, and rapidly ship high-quality product features.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Establish key success metrics, maintain dashboards, analyze data, and iterate based on actionable insights.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of product management experience, preferably in consumer tech, fintech, travel, mobility, or similarly complex domains.
- Demonstrated strong product intuition with a proven ability to enhance user journeys and create intuitive experiences.
- Solid analytical skills and proficiency with data tools, experimentation methodologies, and key metrics.
- Capacity to execute projects swiftly without compromising quality or user trust.
- A high ownership mindset coupled with excellent problem-solving and prioritization capabilities.
- Experience collaborating effectively with engineering and design teams to deliver impactful features.
- Ability to distill intricate workflows and edge cases into seamless and engaging product experiences.
